Shipping

All orders placed before 1.30pm on express or next day delivery should be dispatched the same day, excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods. All other orders placed before 8:30am should be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, subject to stock levels. If the dispatch of your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you. All quoted dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless sent by a guaranteed service and are based on standard working days i.e. Monday - Friday.

We will notify you of the courier used to send your order in your dispatch email. All orders sent via UPS will require a signature upon delivery.

UK Mainland Deliveries

We offer FREE UK shipping for orders over £70. Our additional shipping costs offered are:

UK Standard Shipping £3.95 - Standard UK and NI orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service and should take 48 hours once dispatched.

UK Express Shipping £6.00 - Express UK and NI orders are shipped with Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service and should take 24 hours once dispatched. Delivery can take longer during busy periods and as a result this shipping option is not a guaranteed service as the exact delivery times are out of our control.

UK Next Day Delivery £10.00 - Orders for Next Day Delivery will be sent by UPS Next Day service which guarantees next working day delivery after dispatch in the UK only. Orders placed before 1.30pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. We do not ship orders over the weekend so any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note Next Day delivery is not available for some postcodes*.

UK Express Saturday Delivery £15.00 - Orders placed between Thursday 1.30pm up until 1.30pm on Friday can be received on the following Saturday. Please be aware that Saturday delivery is not available to some postcodes* so orders being sent to these postcodes using this service will be sent via Next Day delivery service and will be delivered on the following Monday.
