UK Returns
We offer free returns on all orders within the UK.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these easy steps to return your item:
- Prepare Your Return: Package your item(s) safely, ensuring they're in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refrain from attaching any tape or delivery labels directly to the shoe box.
- Include Your Delivery Note. This will help us process your return quickly once it arrives back to us.
- Repackage your purchase in the original shipping box to protect it from weather during transit.
Ship Your Return: Please email us at info@kickback-shoes.com to receive the free return label link.
Track Your Return: We recommend noting down your tracking number to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Contact Us for Assistance: If you need to return an item due to our error or because it's faulty, please contact us at info@kickback-shoes.com before sending any items back. We'll assist you in resolving any issues with your order and may request photographic proof of any problems.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return is delivered to us.

USA Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your order please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of your order using the contact form or simply email info@kickback-shoes.com and they will be able to help. Please include your order number and the product details of the item you'd like to return.
Our team will aim to get back to you within 2 days with instructions on how to return your items. Once the item(s) arrive back at our warehouse they will be processed and refund will be processed within 7-10 days.
- Prepare Your Return: Package your item(s) safely, ensuring they're in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refrain from attaching any tape or delivery labels directly to the shoe box.
- Include Your Delivery Note. This will help us process your return quickly once it arrives back to us.
- Repackage your purchase in the original shipping box to protect it from weather during transit.
In the unlikely event your items arrive defective or damaged please reach out to our customer service team and they will advise you on how to proceed. If your product is deemed to be defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange the item or issue you a full refund for your order.
International Returns
If you wish to return your order for any reason, you have up to 30 days to return your item(s) for a refund, provided that your order is still in the new, unused condition it was sent in.
If you wish to return your order after 30 days but within 45 days from the day you placed the order, a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges requested after 30 days but within 45 days from the day you placed the order, we will issue you a gift card for the original order amount (minus P&P), sent via email.

How to Return
Please refrain from attaching any tape or delivery labels directly to the shoe box. Ensure that the shoe box is adequately protected from weather during transit and return it in the original shipping box.
KickBack Shoes reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed damaged, worn, or tampered with. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct a £5 / $7 repackaging fee from any refund if the original shoe box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Include your delivery note with your return to expedite the process. Package your item(s) safely to ensure that they arrive back to us in a saleable condition.
