Toute commande passée avant 13h30 avec livraison express ou le lendemain sera expédiée le jour même, hors week-ends, jours fériés et périodes de forte affluence. Toute autre commande passée avant 8h30 sera expédiée le jour même. Les commandes passées après 8h30 seront expédiées le jour ouvrable suivant.

Nous nous efforcerons d'expédier votre commande dans les meilleurs délais, sous réserve de la disponibilité des stocks. L'expédition de votre commande est En cas de retard, nous vous contacterons. Les délais d'expédition et de livraison indiqués sont des estimations, sauf pour les envois effectués par un service garanti, et sont calculés en jours ouvrables. i.e. Du lundi au vendredi.

We offer FREE UK standard shipping for all orders. For other delivery services please see rates below:

UK Standard Shipping FREE - Standard UK and NI orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service and should take 48 hours once dispatched.

UK Express Shipping £3.95 - Express UK and NI orders are shipped with Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service and should take 24 hours once dispatched. Delivery can take longer during busy periods and as a result this shipping option is not a guaranteed service as the exact delivery times are out of our control.

We are unable to ship orders to BFPO addresses.

We offer Standard European shipping for €6 on all orders to the following countries;

All duty and taxes are covered by KickBack Shoes when shipping to the countries listed above.

For other countries, duty and taxes are not included. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
US Deliveries

All import taxes are covered by KickBack Shoes when shipping to the US.

Standard Shipping - $12

Delivery time of approximately 5-7 working days, as soon as your order is dispatched you will recieve a tracking number via email.
Rest Of World Deliveries

Your postal cost will be calculated and can be viewed in your basket. All duty and taxes will be charged at your local rate.

An estimated delivery date will be displayed depending on the delivery service selected at the check out.
