Retourneren in het VK

Wij bieden gratis retourneren op alle bestellingen binnen het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Als u om welke reden dan ook niet 100% tevreden bent met uw aankoop, volgt u deze eenvoudige stappen om uw artikel te retourneren:

  1. Bereid je retourzending voor: Verpak je artikelen veilig en zorg ervoor dat ze in originele staat zijn, met alle labels eraan. Plak geen plakband of verzendlabels rechtstreeks op de schoenendoos.
  2. Voeg uw pakbon toe. Dit helpt ons uw retourzending snel te verwerken zodra deze bij ons binnenkomt.
  3. Verpak uw aankoop opnieuw in de originele verzenddoos om deze tijdens het transport te beschermen tegen weersinvloeden.

Verzend uw retourzending: stuur ons een e-mail op info@kickback-shoes.com om de link voor een gratis retourlabel te ontvangen.

Volg uw retourzending: Wij adviseren u om uw trackingnummer te noteren, zodat wij er zeker van zijn dat uw retourzending veilig bij ons aankomt.

Neem contact met ons op voor hulp: Als u een artikel wilt retourneren vanwege een fout van ons of omdat het defect is, neem dan contact met ons op via info@kickback-shoes.com Voordat u artikelen retourneert. We helpen u bij het oplossen van eventuele problemen met uw bestelling en kunnen om fotografisch bewijs van eventuele problemen vragen.

Terugbetalingsproces: De terugbetaling vindt plaats op de kaart die u voor de oorspronkelijke aankoop heeft gebruikt. Houd rekening met een verwerkingstijd van maximaal 14 dagen nadat uw retourzending bij ons is afgeleverd.

EU-retourzendingen

Mochten uw artikelen onverhoopt defect of beschadigd aankomen, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice. Zij adviseren u graag over de vervolgstappen. Als uw product defect of beschadigd blijkt te zijn, ruilen we het graag om of krijgt u het volledige aankoopbedrag terug.

Internationale retourzendingen

Als u om welke reden dan ook uw bestelling wilt retourneren, heeft u maximaal 30 dagen de tijd om de artikelen te retourneren en uw geld terug te krijgen. De artikelen moeten zich in dezelfde staat bevinden als waarin u ze heeft verzonden, en mogen niet opnieuw worden gebruikt.

Als u uw bestelling na 30 dagen, maar binnen 45 dagen vanaf de dag dat u de bestelling heeft geplaatst, wilt retourneren, wordt er £ 10 aan herinvoerkosten van uw terugbetaling afgetrokken.

Voor ruilingen die u na 30 dagen maar binnen 45 dagen vanaf de dag dat u de bestelling heeft geplaatst aanvraagt, ontvangt u via e-mail een cadeaubon ter waarde van het oorspronkelijke orderbedrag (exclusief verzendkosten).

Hoe terug te keren

Plak geen tape of verzendlabels rechtstreeks op de schoenendoos. Zorg ervoor dat de schoenendoos tijdens het transport goed beschermd is tegen weersinvloeden en retourneer de doos in de originele verzenddoos.

KickBack Shoes behoudt zich het recht voor om een ​​terugbetaling te weigeren als de goederen beschadigd, gedragen of gemanipuleerd zijn. Daarnaast behouden we ons het recht voor om £ 5/$ 7 herverpakkingskosten in te houden op de terugbetaling als de originele schoenendoos beschadigd is (inclusief tape/labels en stickers). Dit is onverminderd uw wettelijke rechten.

Voeg uw pakbon bij uw retourzending om het proces te versnellen. Verpak uw artikel(en) veilig zodat ze in verkoopbare staat bij ons terugkomen.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these easy steps to return your item:

  1. Prepare Your Return: Package your item(s) safely, ensuring they're in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refrain from attaching any tape or delivery labels directly to the shoe box.
  2. Include Your Delivery Note. This will help us process your return quickly once it arrives back to us.
  3. Repackage your purchase in the original shipping box to protect it from weather during transit.

Ship Your Return: Please email us at info@kickback-shoes.comto receive the free return label link.
EU Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your order please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of your order using the contact form or simply email info@kickback-shoes.com and they will be able to help. Please include your order number and the product details of the item you'd like to return.

Our team will aim to get back to you within 2 days with instructions on how to return your items. Once the item(s) arrive back at our warehouse they will be processed and refund will be processed within 7-10 days.

US Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your order please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of your order using the contact form or simply email info@kickback-shoes.com and they will be able to help. Please include your order reference number which starts with KB followed by 4 digits (KB1234) along with the product details of the item you'd like to return.

All the return costs associated with returns from the USA are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item(s) arrive back at our warehouse the returns process will start and refund should be received within 7-10 working days.

Rest Of World Returns

If you wish to return your order for any reason, you have up to 30 days to return your item(s) for a refund, provided that your order is still in the new, unused condition it was sent in.

If you wish to return your order after 30 days but within 45 days from the day you placed the order, a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges requested after 30 days but within 45 days from the day you placed the order, we will issue you a gift card for the original order amount (minus P&P), sent via email.

How to Return

Please refrain from attaching any tape or delivery labels directly to the shoe box. Ensure that the shoe box is adequately protected from weather during transit and return it in the original shipping box.

KickBack Shoes reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed damaged, worn, or tampered with. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct a £5 / $7 repackaging fee from any refund if the original shoe box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Include your delivery note with your return to expedite the process. Package your item(s) safely to ensure that they arrive back to us in a saleable condition.

After safely packaging your return, note your tracking number for its safe arrival. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit during return.

If you need to return an item due to our error or because it's faulty, please contact us at info@kickback-shoes.com before sending any items back. We will assist you and may request photographic proof of any problems.

Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return is delivered to us.
