Returns Policy

At KickBack Shoes, we want you to shop with confidence so have an easy to use returns portal for you to be able to process a return. We hope you will be pleased with your order, however if for any reason you wish to return your order(s) please follow the instructions below.

Using your Customer Reference number and delivery post code, you can use our returns portal to arrange a return or size exchange. Orders must be received back to us within 30 days of receiving, unworn and in a saleable condition. To arrange a return or size exchange, please click the button below to start your return:

If you have any questions regarding your order before returning it to us, please contact us at info@kickback-shoes.com and we will be happy to help resolve any issues. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be to be processed once your return has been delivered.

KickBack Shoes reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a £5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return shipping is deducted from your order. Kindly note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
